Please read all of the following conditions carefully before using this platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tk001 platform and all of its services. By accessing or using this website, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. Please read the entire document carefully.
1 General Provisions
tk001 ("Platform", "we", "us") operates an online betting and casino service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all users registered on the platform ("user", "you", "player").
tk001 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair environment. The platform operates using SSL encryption and follows a fair play policy. These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative.

2 Eligibility & Registration
To open an account and use the services at tk001, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

3 Account Management
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone.
3.1 Account Security

- Operating your account through a third party is prohibited.
- If you log in from a public or shared device, make sure to log out after your session.
3.2 Updating Information
If your phone number, payment details, or any other information on your account changes, update it immediately. tk001 will not be responsible for any delays or issues with withdrawals caused by outdated or incorrect information.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions at tk001 are processed through Bangladeshi mobile banking. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposit Conditions
- Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
- Your balance may not be credited until the deposit has been successfully verified.
- Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method and number used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not complete.
- tk001 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the event of any suspicious activity.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5).
5 Bonuses & Promotions
tk001 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its players. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before accepting.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
Example 1: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — your total balance will be ৳2,000.
Example 2: If you deposit ৳12,000, the maximum bonus is ৳5,000 — your total balance will be ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.
- Wagering must be completed within the specified time after accepting the bonus.
- If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, wagering requirements apply to each one separately.
- Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering — see the promotions page for details.
- If wagering is not completed, the bonus and any associated winnings cannot be withdrawn.
5.3 VIP Program
The tk001 VIP program has four tiers, and players can move up to higher tiers through regular play:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
VIP tier is determined based on player activity. tk001 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules must be followed for all betting and gaming activities on tk001:
6.1 General Gaming Conditions
- All bets are placed at your own risk — a bet once confirmed cannot be changed.
- If a game or bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
- In the event of any dispute over a game result, tk001's system log will be treated as the final evidence.
- If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a connection issue, the result will be determined in accordance with the platform's rules.
6.2 Sports Betting
- Betting services are provided on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi.
- Bet approval happens in real time — a bet may not always be accepted.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with tk001's rules.
- Placing bets using insider information at the customer level is strictly prohibited.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk001 and may result in account closure:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Following artificial betting patterns for the purpose of meeting bonus conditions (bonus abuse).
- Placing opposing bets against each other to neutralize outcomes (arbitrage betting).
- Using another person's account or sharing account login details.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's software.
- Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
- Harassing or defrauding other players.
- Using automated bots or software to play games.
Warning: If prohibited activity is proven, the relevant account will be closed immediately, all bonuses and earned winnings will be forfeited, and applicable legal action may be taken.
8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability

- Delays caused on the part of third-party payment service providers.
- If any part of the service needs to be suspended due to legal changes.

10 Changes to Terms

11 Account Closure & Suspension
tk001 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

- Any violation of these terms.
- Registration with false information or identity fraud.
- Participation in prohibited activities as mentioned in Section 7.
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
